While Mission Select is available from the hub level, some of the collectibles are far into the level and there are no checkpoints, so it is worth getting as much as you can the first time through One Percenter mode. From here, you will want to follow a few collectible guides to avoid having to do a third playthrough. Once playthrough #1 is done, start another new game (no New Game+ in this game) on One Percenter mode. The first run of the game should net you minimum of 11 story-related achievements, with an approximate maximum of 30 earned in playthrough #1. The third, One Percenter, is only unlocked upon completion of the game on one of the lower difficulties. Three difficulties will be presented to you, however only two can be accessed, Easy Rider and Badass Biker. From the Main Menu of the game, select the 'New Game' option.
This game requires two full playthroughs and a small amount of extra grinding to get the 1000.
